Delete your account

Deleting your account removes your sign-in and study data from Ujilo. Pseudonymized purchase records are kept for the statutory period described in the privacy policy.

To protect other people's accounts, we verify that you control the account by signing you in first. Nothing is deleted just because someone types an email address.

Web deletion sign-in is not configured for this environment yet. Use Account → Delete account in the app, or email support@whymelabs.com from your registered address and we will verify your identity before deleting.
