Privacy policy (draft)
What we collect
- Account: email address and a pseudonymous customer reference. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication; we never see them.
- Study data: sessions you start, the answers you save, and results.
- Purchase records: order amount, currency, payment channel, and the reference you give us.
- Operational logs: request identifiers, timings, and error codes. We do not log your answers or question text.
What we do not do
No advertising SDKs, no session replay, no sale of personal data, no device fingerprinting.
Deletion and retention
You can delete your account in the app or at /account-deletion. Deletion removes your identity and study data. Financial records (order amount, date, channel, reference) are retained in pseudonymized form for the statutory record-keeping period and then deleted.
